Booking Times

• Minimum 2-hour booking, with the first hour for setup and briefing.
• Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.
• Bookings include bump-in and bump-out; please plan accordingly.
• Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received.

Audio/Video Recording

• Studio is sound-treated; minor background noise may be audible.
• Full-length recording of your live stream will be delivered in your chosen resolution.

After-Hours Access

• After-hours bookings are available 7 days a week, subject to staff and studio availability.
• An additional staffing fee may apply for after-hours sessions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of your total booking value is required to confirm your session, with the remaining balance due no later than 2 weeks before your session date.
• Cancellations made within 3 weeks of your session are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 6 weeks of your session can be rescheduled free of charge (once only), or refunded at 50% of the balance paid.
• Cancellations made within 9 weeks of your session are eligible for a full refund of the balance paid. The deposit remains non-refundable in all cases.
• Only one free reschedule is permitted per booking. Any further reschedule requests will incur a $150 admin fee or forfeit your original refund tier.
• Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice ("no-show") forfeits your full booking fee, including any balance paid. No refund, reschedule, or credit will be issued.
• If The Creative Hub needs to cancel or move your session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. equipment failure, staff illness, facility issues), you will receive a full refund or priority rebooking at your next available preferred date, at no additional cost.
